• Pechuga Rellena – (Cordon-Bleu) Servida con espagueti poblano y puré de papa.
• Tostadas De Tinga – Las tradicionales y riquísimas.
• Lengua a la Mexicana – Servida con arroz blanco y frijol refrito.

• Cortadillo Norteño – Sirloin marinado, servido con arroz blanco y frijol refrito.

 Viernes / Friday

• Sabana Invierno – Una enorme milanesa bañada en salsa verde con queso
gratinado, servida con arroz mexicano y frijol refrito.
• Mole Poblano – Hecho de base, DELICIOSO!!!!, acompañado con arroz blanco,
frijol refrito y tortillas hechas a mano.

• Sabana Invierno – Lightly breaded beef steak topped with a mild green sauce,
melted asadero cheese served with mexican rice and refried beans.
• Mole Poblano – Made from scratch delicious chicken marianated signature mole sauce
